ANNA - The Hope Of a Common Man

Now it has became clear that congress is not with common man ! where is youth leader of congress.Nation want to know his view on this particular issue. whole the nation is boiling and our ministers do not bother to notice it.
Gandhi family has made a dummy PM with no mass appeal & his advisory teams lack political wisdom. This present situation is outcome of this lack of ability to handle the delicate issue with political wisdom. Now congress is missing its under cover PM, Mrs Sonia Gandhi.Congress is unable to stand opposite to the moral strength of ANNA !!
Demands of ANNA is not only the demands of him..But it is the demand of nation. No one can find a single citizen who has not ever became a victim of corruption. so the whole nation is seeing a ray of hope while standing with ANNA. Govt should reject their weak bill itself & support ANNA to keep pace with time. otherwise they may be caught reading the lines of ex- PM Vishwanath pratap singh..

"हिन्दी प्रचार प्रसार"

Every year central government spends huge chunk of money in the name of "हिन्दी प्रचार प्रसार निति". so its important to know some facts about this language.
14th sept is celebrated as " Hindi Diwas ".
Many amongst us may not be aware of constitutional importance of this language.I take this oppurtunity to share these information amongst us.

Hindi was accepted as Official Language of the Union on 14th September1949 .
Then, section 343 to 351 was provided in the constitution regarding Official Language

Official Languae Act 1963 :- According to this Act, Hindi and Reginal languages shall be used for all purposes of Parliament and state legislative Council and English translation shall be used.
According to this Act , both Hindi and English language shall be used in the following documents . Resolution , General Orders, Rules , Notifications, Administrative or Other Reports , Press Communique.
On the basis of languages the whole nation has been divided into three Regions as 'A', 'B','C'
States in Region A- Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajsthan, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Andman & Nicobar Islands
States in Region B - Gujrat, Maharastra, Chandigarh, Punjab

Official Language Rules 1976:-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of Official Language Act 1963, the Central Government hereby has made the Official Language Rules 1976. It consist of 12 rules , out of which few rules are important and neend much thought. i am expaining these rules in brief.
Rule no. 5 :- Reply in Hindi for the letters received in Hindi
Rule no. 6 :- Under sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Act , it shall be the responsibility of the officers signing such documents to ensure that such documents are issued both in Hindi and in English
Rule no. 11:- All sign boards , Name-plates, Notice-boards , Rubber-stamps,Stationary-items , Letter heads and inscriptions on envelops shal be in Hindi and English. But for the state which belongs to Region C there is privillage that they can use their own language along with the Hindi and English
Rule no. 12:- It shall be the responsibility of the administrative head of each office
-to ensure that the provisions of the Act and Rules are properly complied with
-to devise suitable and effective check points for this purpose

one intersting thing ..if ur boss directs something in English or any language but if he had signed in Hindi then you have to give your comments or answer in Hindi only.

hello to everyone
let me 1st thank science and technology which provided me an oppurtunity to express and share my views with rest of the world.
in earlier days, means of expression was only newspapers , magazine .etc.
but that was not so convenient and easily accesible. Since these media has their own limitation of pages, they usually prefers those expression which is in the line of their managements and editors..and most important they prefer to publish the well established writter, ...there were many restrictions for new commer.
many times the written materials were returned back with many comments.
thanx to the technology which empowered our constitutional right of expression..
now a even a common people can express his/her own thought.
not only in their drawing room but in front of whole world
..
i will be back with many topic
..
till then good bye
keep watching it..
with regards
